ADHD-Informed Therapy

This focuses on emotional and psychological wellbeing.
We may work on:
• anxiety and stress
• emotional overwhelm
• burnout and fatigue
• self-criticism and negative thinking patterns

EMDR Therapy

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy used to process distressing experiences.
It may help with:

  • trauma
  • emotional triggers
  • anxiety linked to past experiences
  • unresolved or distressing memories

Sessions are offered online and face-to-face. Face-to-face sessions take place at the Woodbrooke Centre in Birmingham.
