• The service provides ADHD-informed therapy, EMDR therapy, and coaching
• This service does not provide ADHD diagnosis, medical advice, or psychiatric treatment
• Payment is required in advance
• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50 percent fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full
• Sessions are delivered online
• This service is not suitable for crisis situations
• If you require urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services
